• Hardware/software failures caused by conditions beyond our control
  
  

Any additional or out-of-scope tasks will be billed separately.

6. User Responsibilities

• Maintain licensed and legal software
  
  

• Follow cybersecurity best practices and recommendations shared by ODC
  
  

ODC is not responsible for delays caused by user-side restrictions or non-cooperation.

For AMC and SLA agreements, cancellation terms will follow the signed contract.
